Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager

Business Development - Digital Event Solutions

Location: London HQ - WeWork offices / UK Wide - Remote first company

Salary: £70,000 (Depending on Experience)
Plus fantastic uncapped OTE (£120,000 - £150,000)

Company Overview: Worldwide digital events company aiming to double in size by 2027.

Start Date: May - June 2025

Role Overview

We are seeking media events and sponsorship sales professionals to work across three sectors, sourcing and closing vendors to sell or pitch their solutions to pre-selected potential customers. Monthly digital round table events make this lucrative for clients and vendors, as well as for you and your commissions. This is a fantastic growth opportunity!

Expect transactional sales with quick closes, averaging 2-4 deals per month.

Candidate Requirements
  • Hunter, leader, and industry experience in events, sales, or sponsorships
  • Hungry, driven, motivated B2B event or sponsorship sales professionals
  • 100% Business Development mindset, hands-on approach
  • Entrepreneurial, autonomous, self-starter mentality
Role Details
  • New business sales role: sourcing companies with solutions for other businesses and building your own sales team
  • Generating video sales meetings to pitch intermediary solutions
  • Closing deals (£10,000 - £50,000), with renewals up to £120,000, and facilitating meetings with up to 5 other businesses
  • Monthly opportunities for companies to sell solutions into other organizations, acting as the enabler and intermediary
  • Setting up digital pitches and virtual events for clients to sell their solutions
  • Selling to high-level decision makers
