Our client is a leading international company engaged in Intelligent Power and Control Solutions for circuit board-based electrical systems, specializing in power management, sensors, and controls for the automotive industry and other sectors. They operate across the UK, Europe, Asia, and America.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of customers across the Midlands region.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
  1. Implement defined targets and sales strategies for the assigned region and customers.
  2. Coordinate sales activities and Account Development Managers (ADMs) within the region.
  3. Develop the market, sectors, and customer base in this region.
  4. Assess market potential across strategic accounts.
  5. Drive growth and business development through acquiring new projects and customers.
  6. Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop vision and strategy, and design appropriate sales activities (e.g., Smart Account Plan, business plan).
  7. Contribute ideas and collaborate on improving processes, systems, and pathways to support high-growth sales organization.
  8. Ensure operational activities are implemented and focused upon.
  9. Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  11. Manage the sales team, including creating personal development plans and providing ongoing training.
Candidate Profile:
  • 3-5 years of accountable B2B sales experience within electronics, electrical components, or related industries (e.g., vehicles, construction machinery).
  • Experience working in a design-led sales environment, collaborating with design, procurement, and engineering teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills, a driven attitude, and motivation to achieve results.
  • Ability to work remotely while collaborating with the team and occasionally traveling to the office.
  • Experience leading and motivating a sales team.
