Are you a passionate and experienced Speech and Language Therapist looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our supportive and forward-thinking team in Tower Hamlets.

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work across a range of schools and specialist provisions in Tower Hamlets, delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions that support communication, language, and social interaction. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure that each child\'s individual needs are fully understood and met.

Responsibilities
  • Carrying out assessments and developing therapy plans
  • Supporting students with EHCPs and those at SEN Support
  • Working closely with education staff to embed communication strategies in the classroom
  • Delivering education and training to staff and families to build understanding and capacity
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to multi-disciplinary reviews
Qualifications
  • Has HCPC registration and a recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of child development and SEN
  • Has experience in educational settings (desirable but not essential)
  • Values education and training as part of ongoing professional development
  • Is ready to make a lasting impact within the East London community
