Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Specification Sales Manager - Hot Water Storage & Energy Management Systems to develop specifications for social housing and commercial projects across Western England (from Manchester to Cardiff).

This field-based role focuses 80% on specification work with housing associations, local authorities and developers and 20% on commercial engagements with M&E consultants, architects and installers; you will work on both new build and retrofit schemes.

Formación

• Must have new build, social housing or commercial specification experience
• Ideally contact within housing associations, local authorities, developers, M&E consultants, contractors and installers
• Must have technical related product experience such as boilers, hot water systems, energy systems, solar systems, smart controls, BMS, hot water storage, plumbing & heating controls, heat pumps, electrical heaters, air conditioning etc

Responsabilidades

• Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of hot water storage and energy management solutions
• 80% of your time will be spent generating specifications with social housing market via housing associations, local authorities, housebuilders, developers
• 20% commercial focused with M&E consultants, architects, contractors and installers
• Working on both new build and retrofit projects
• Turnover target tbd
• Good blend of account management and new business
