Job summary

Orsted Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Specification Sales Manager for Aluminium Window, Door & Curtain Wall systems to cover London and the South East. You will develop relationships with architects, main contractors and local authorities to secure project specifications and promote the company’s product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience of specification sales within aluminium glazing and facade industries or similar window/door systems.
• Liaising with architects, contractors and local authorities to secure specifications.
• Highly organised team player capable of cradle-to-grave specification management.
• Experience collaborating across sales teams to lift exposure of product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Grow relationships with Architects, Main Contractors and Local Authorities across London & the South East.
• 30/70 split between expanding network and identifying new contacts to generate specifications.
• Identify leads and architectural projects across the South using databases and networking with Architects, Main Contractors & Local Authorities.
• Work with Accounts Manager (Fabricator Market) to carry secured specifications through to tendering with fabricator customers.
• Communicate effectively with sales and commercial teams to support project and specification control.
