Tristram Parker Recruitment is recruiting a specification sales professional for an established architectural building-products manufacturer, developing relationships and securing projects across London and the South East.
Working with aluminium window, door and curtain walling systems, you’ll engage with architects, façade consultants, developers and contractors on prestigious construction projects. You’ll help project teams select appropriate solutions, supported by technical colleagues, and take ownership of opportunities from initial design through to delivery.
You’ll have experience in specification sales, architectural business development or project consultancy within construction products, with a track record of influencing specifications and building lasting customer relationships.
Architectural aluminium experience would be particularly valuable, including windows, doors, curtain walling or façade systems. We also welcome candidates from related building-envelope sectors who understand the specification process and can demonstrate relevant technical and commercial knowledge.
You should be comfortable presenting to architects, discussing drawings and specifications, and managing projects with long sales cycles. Existing relationships across London and the South East would be an advantage.
This is an opportunity to combine technical understanding with commercial ownership, influence prominent projects and develop your career within architectural systems. You’ll have scope to build your territory, backed by specialist technical support and a competitive reward package.
Bonus payments are subject to the relevant individual and company performance arrangements. Full package details will be discussed confidentially.
The employer’s identity will be shared during a confidential discussion.
