Job summary

GROHE Limited in the UK seeks a Specification Manager to own specification activities across hospitality, residential and A&D sectors within Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, North Hampshire and West London. You will influence architects, designers and contractors to secure GROHE specifications from concept to order.

You will collaborate with merchant partners, manage project pipelines and deliver CPDs while maintaining CRM data, representing GROHE at industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience in specification sales within construction or KBB sectors.
• Strong track record in managing long multi-stakeholder projects.
• Ability to present CPDs to A&D professionals.
• Excellent account management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain and protect specifications through architects, designers, developers and contractors.
• Identify complex projects early and navigate multi-layered decision processes.
• Promote GROHE's technical and value proposition to contractors, consultants, installers and merchants.
• Co-manage projects with commercial merchant accounts to increase sales turnover.
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) with accurate and timely project data.
• Generate and convert pipeline opportunities using tools like ABI.
• Deliver CPDs and represent GROHE at industry events and exhibitions.
• Ensure a high standard of project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Submit monthly reports as required.
• Work cross-functionally to support broader business objectives
