Job summary

HRG is recruiting on behalf of a growing international manufacturer for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive OEM and specification sales across the UK.

This is not an account management role; you will develop new business, identify opportunities early, influence specifications, and build long-term partnerships with manufacturers, consultants, specifiers, contractors and end users. Travel across the UK will be required to manage a national territory and pursue revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B business development.
• Experience selling technical products into manufacturing.
• Consultative approach to influence technical and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop new OEM partnerships across the UK.
• Secure preferred supplier status with manufacturers.
• Drive product specification through consultants, engineers and end users.
• Identify projects at concept/design stage and move opportunities to order.
• Build relationships with distributors and channel partners.
• Travel across the UK to develop new business opportunities.
