Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Specification Business Development Manager to drive specification growth across Hospitality, PBSA and Commercial markets in the UK. You will engage developers, architects and owners to influence design decisions and convert opportunities into profitable orders.

The role requires promoting integrated access solutions, managing projects end-to-end and maintaining a robust CRM pipeline with a strategic, high-energy approach.

Qualifications

Proven track record in specification sales.
Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering revenue targets.
Experience influencing architects, developers, contractors and end-user clients.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Identify and secure specification opportunities across Hospitality, PBSA and Commercial sectors.
Engage with developers, architects and building owners to influence design decisions.
Promote integrated access solutions and the ASSA ABLOY portfolio.
Manage projects from early design stage through order and delivery.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecast in CRM.
