Job summary

CPJ Recruitment presents a Specification Manager – Premium Bathrooms role for a leading UK bathroom manufacturer. Take full ownership of the specification journey on major commercial projects, from early design influence to final order, across the North, Scotland and Ireland.

This is a project-led sales position requiring relationships with architects, developers and contractors, a strong pipeline mindset, and the ability to move specifications through to site with delivery partners and

Qualifications

• Background in bathroom, KBB, interiors or related specification sector
• Experience selling into specifiers including developers or architects
• Commercially minded, specification-led, project-focused sales professional
• Able to influence early-stage project decisions and follow through to completion
• Comfortable managing long, complex sales cycles and project pipelines

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure specifications with architects, designers, developers and project stakeholders
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across construction and development projects
• Engage contractors and delivery partners to keep the spec intact through to site
• Manage commercial relationships on live projects through to order conversion
• Work alongside distribution partners to ensure successful supply
• Maintain a structured pipeline of live and upcoming commercial projects
