A housing organization is hiring a Specialist Housing Partner to support residents in their Independent Living schemes. This part-time position requires experience in housing management and strong communication skills, focusing on fostering community engagement and independence. The role involves building relationships, collaborating with teams, and addressing tenancy issues. Location: The Orchard, Burnley with flexibility to cover other schemes as required. 100% onsite.
Salary: £14,790 per annum (£16.26 per hour)
Permanent, part time, 17.5 hours per week, Wednesday 1:30pm-5pm, Thursday & Friday 9am-5pm.

As a Specialist Housing Partner (Independent Living Housing Officer), you’ll be at the heart of their Independent Living schemes, helping residents maintain their independence and feel part of a thriving community. From welcoming new tenants and supporting them through life’s changes, to resolving challenges with empathy and professionalism, you’ll be a trusted presence and a force for good.

Successful candidates will undergo a DBS check.
