We are seeking a dynamic Mental Health Nurse to join our Adult Eating Disorders Day Care Service. This is a substantive post (1.0 wte / 37.5 hours) and will be based at our main service hub at Farnham Road Hospital, Guildford. The post holder will be joining well-established outpatient and day care facilities for working age adults with moderate to severe eating disorders. The successful applicant will become an integral member of the Adult Eating Disorders Day Care team and will provide specialist intensive treatment to adults (18 years +) with moderate to severe eating disorders and co-existing mental health needs.
