Location: Liverpool

Contract: Full‑Time

A specialist PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) primary school in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full‑Time Teacher to join their team. This is a highly specialised and rewarding setting, supporting pupils with complex learning needs, medical needs, and physical disabilities.

This role is ideal for a teacher who is patient, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education, with a strong commitment to supporting pupils to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and structured environment.

Responsibilities
  • Have experience working with pupils with PMLD, SEND, or in a specialist primary setting.
  • Demonstrate a caring, child‑centred approach with a strong understanding of individual needs.
  • Be skilled in planning and delivering personalised, sensory‑based learning activities.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals to support holistic development.
  • Show flexibility, creativity, and resilience in adapting teaching strategies.
