Job summary

Extension Recruitment is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator to manage customer enquiries and spare parts orders from quotation through dispatch, ensuring a smooth process and high service levels.

You will collaborate with internal teams, update records, and build strong customer relationships while delivering proactive support. Experience in customer-facing roles and good IT skills are valued; business administration qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, service-based or order processing role.
• Business Administration qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication, organisational and IT literacy are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer spare parts enquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare quotations and process orders accurately.
• Monitor orders from placement to delivery and update customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve stock or delivery issues.
• Handle customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide high levels of service.
