Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment is looking for a Parts Co-ordinator in Poole on a hybrid basis to manage spare parts enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries, updating customers and coordinating with sales and suppliers for on-time fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, order processing, sales support or parts coordination.
• Experience handling customer quotations and orders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Experience in spare parts, engineering, manufacturing, marine or industrial environment is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Managing spare parts enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries from start to finish.
• Keeping customers regularly updated on order status and delivery schedules.
• Working with sales colleagues on pricing, quotations and commercial terms.
• Coordinating with internal departments and suppliers so that orders are fulfilled accurately.
• Maintaining customer master data and handling instructions with care.
• Helping to resolve order discrepancies in a calm, professional way.
