NOV is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support end-to-end fulfilment of aftermarket spare parts orders. You will move customer requirements through picking, dispatch and collection, monitor progress and coordinate with internal teams to prioritise urgent orders.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or frontline roles in retail, logistics, dispatch or similar.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
• Confident in communicating with customers and coordinating with internal teams.
• Competent in Excel, Word and Outlook, able to work with data and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate spare parts orders through picking, dispatch and customer collection.
• Monitor open orders, follow up on priorities, shortages and delivery requirements.
• Keep customers updated on status, progress and changes to delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Stores and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support creation and progression of work orders for sub-assemblies and kits.
• Review shortages and actions needed to support delivery requirements.
• Assist shipping with documentation and compliance steps.
• Maintain and update operational reports and open-order information.
• Communicate delivery improvements or delays impacting performance.
• Prioritise multiple customer requirements in a high-volume environment.
