Job summary

Moonfleet Manor Hotel, part of Luxury Family Hotels, invites applications for a Spa Therapist to join our family-focused team. The role is permanent, 24/32 hours per week with weekend flexibility, offering £14.21 per hour plus a generous service charge.

You will greet guests in our LFH manner, perform treatments within brand guidelines, and promote our range of spa products. Prior spa experience is preferred, with NVQ3/ITEC/CIDESCO or equivalent credentials, and Elemis training is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous Spa Therapist experience preferred in a destination spa or hotel spa.
• UK Qualified to NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO (or equivalent).
• Elemis training will be provided, but previous experience with Elemis is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Guest interaction: welcome spa guests and tailor offerings.
• Perform treatments to brand guidelines and ensure a relaxing experience.
• Promote and sell spa treatments and products to guests.

This is a permanent role, at 24/32 hours per week (flexibility to work weekends is essential), with an hourly rate of £14.21 plus generous service charge.

Role:

As Spa Therapist your core purpose will be:

• Guest Interaction: You will ensure all guests are welcomed to the Spa in an LFH Manner, discuss all options available to them and tailor offerings to their needs.
• Performing Treatments: You will perform treatments within the brand guidelines and provide a relaxing and comfortable experience for all guests. You will use your knowledge to ensure guests are fully educated on the treatment they will receive and offer appropriate adaptations and the guest’s request.
• Promoting our products: You will promote and sell our treatments and large range of products available whilst ensuring that your recommendations are suitable to the guest.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist within either a destination Spa or within a Hotel Spa
• Spa UK Qualified to NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO (or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage)
• Elemis training will be provided, but previous experience of Elemis is highly desirable
• Passion for Spa and Wellness, you will love to bring your knowledge and experience to the guests
