Job summary

The Vale Resort is seeking a Spa Therapist to join its luxurious spa team. You will deliver facials, massages and wellness therapies, welcoming guests and ensuring a premium spa experience.

Responsibilities include assessing client needs, recommending treatments and upselling products to enhance the guest journey. A Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification and excellent customer service are essential.

About The Role

Working as part of the spa team you will provide wellness and relaxation services, with duties including:

• Providing a range of luxury spa treatments, including facials, body massages and other wellness therapies
• Welcoming clients to the spa, ensuring a high level of service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Assessing clients’ needs and recommending suitable treatments
• Upselling our spa products and treatments to enhance client experience

About You

• Qualified to a Level 3 in beauty therapy
• A passion for wellness and spa therapy, staying up to date with the latest trends
• Exceptional customer service skills and enjoyment of working in a busy environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
