Job summary

Spa by Kasia, located within Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa, is seeking a qualified beauty therapist to join a friendly team. You will deliver a wide range of treatments and support the spa’s day-to-day operations.

The role is full-time or part-time with flexibility for evening shifts until 8:15pm and weekends. NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy is essential, with strong guest-care and retail skills expected.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy / Face & Body Therapy is essential.
• Previous spa experience is preferred.
• Capable of delivering manicure, pedicure, gel nails and waxing to high standards.
• Confident in providing exceptional guest care and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of face and body treatments to a high professional standard.
• Carry out manicure, pedicure, gel nails, and waxing services confidently.

The Role

Reporting to the Spa Management team, you will play an important part in the spa’s day-to-day operation and overall guest experience. This is a hands‑on role where you will deliver a wide range of treatments to a consistently high standard, while supporting the smooth running of the spa.

The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis.Flexibility is essential, as evening shifts (until 8:15pm) and regular weekend working are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of face and body treatments to a high professional standard
• Carry out manicure, pedicure, gel nails, and waxing services confidently
• Provide exceptional, personalised service to all guests and members

About You

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy / Face & Body Therapy (essential)
• Good knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Previous experience in a spa or similar environment preferred
• Confident in manicure, pedicure, gel nails, and waxing
• Professional, reliable, and team-focused
• Passionate about delivering excellent guest care
• Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
