The Celtic Collection is seeking a Spa Therapist to join the award-winning Spa Team at Celtic Manor Resort. You will deliver professional massage and holistic treatments, provide personalised consultations, and promote spa services and retail products.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Massage or Holistic Therapy (or equivalent).
• A passion for health, wellbeing and guest care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in recommending treatments and retail products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional massage and holistic treatments to the highest standards.
• Provide personalised consultations and treatment recommendations.
• Promote spa services, treatments and retail products.

Qualifications and Experience

• Level 3 qualification in Massage or Holistic Therapy (or equivalent).
• A passion for health, wellbeing and guest care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team-focused approach.
• Confidence in recommending treatments and retail products.

Desirable

• Experience within a luxury or 5 star spa environment.
• Additional therapy qualifications, such as Hot Stones or Reflexology.
• Experience with premium spa brands such as Elemis or ESPA.
