Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Spa Supervisor to support daily spa operations and maintain a calm, luxurious environment for members and guests. You will lead a team of therapists, ensure exceptional guest service, and help meet service and financial targets.

Responsibilities include supervising treatments, coordinating staff rotas, training, stock control, and maintaining high hygiene and safety standards across all spa areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a therapist or spa supervisory role.
• Luxury spa, hotel, or private members club experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily spa and wellness operations ensuring cleanliness and member satisfaction.
• Lead the spa team delivering massage, facials, and body treatments per protocols.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of therapists and attendants.
• Manage stock control, supplier liaison, and inventory.
• Coordinate guest bookings and treatment schedules with reception.
• Create staff rotas and monitor labour costs to minimize overtime.
• Maintain appearance, safety, and professionalism across the team.
