Soho House & Co is hiring a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa and wellness operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will lead a team of therapists and attendants, drive service quality, and support recruitment and training while maintaining brand standards.

The role focuses on maintaining a calm, luxurious ambience, adhering to health and safety protocols, and meeting service and financial targets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a therapist or spa supervisory role.
• Recognised spa, massage, or beauty therapy qualification (e.g., NVQ, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO).
• Experience working in a luxury spa, hotel, or private members club setting.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and support daily operations of the spa and wellness areas, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and member satisfaction.
• Lead the spa team in delivering high-quality services including massage, facials, and body treatments, adhering to brand and treatment protocols.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of therapists and spa attendants.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all health & safety, hygiene, and licensing standards.
• Maintain spa ambience and standards across treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and changing facilities.
• Assist the Spa Manager with stock control, supplier liaison, and inventory management.
• Help manage guest bookings, treatment schedules, and coordination with reception.
• Respond professionally to member and guest feedback or concerns.
• Create efficient staff rotas, manage labour costs, and reduce unnecessary overtime to maintain operational excellence.
• Uphold and enforce standards of appearance, compliance, safety, and professionalism across the team.
