Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a senior spa leader in Greater London to oversee all spa operations, member experience, team leadership, and financial results.

You will drive revenue, manage a talented team of therapists, receptionists, and spa leaders, and cultivate a culture of exceptional service and operational excellence. We’re hiring a commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading luxury spa, wellness, hospitality, or retail operations.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering commercial results.
• Strong financial and operational management experience, incl. budgets, forecasting, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing spa team with a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Drive the spa's commercial performance, achieving revenue, profitability, and retail targets.
• Maximise treatment room utilisation, therapist productivity, and member engagement.
• Oversee day-to-day spa operations delivering a seamless luxury guest experience.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs using data to guide decisions.
• Coach team members through performance conversations and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Membership, Events, Marketing and operations teams.
• Champion retail performance via merchandising and product knowledge.
• Continuously review processes to align with Soho House standards.
• Act as senior point of contact for member feedback and issue resolution.
