Soho House in the United Kingdom seeks a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa operations, ensuring a calm, luxurious environment and top-tier guest service while helping meet service and financial targets.

You will lead the spa team, maintain high cleanliness and professionalism, and support recruitment, stock, and treatment scheduling to deliver exceptional experiences for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a therapist or spa supervisory role.
• Recognised spa, massage, or beauty therapy qualification.
• Experience in luxury spa, hotel, or private members club.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily operations of the spa and wellness areas.
• Lead the spa team delivering massage, facials, and body treatments.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of therapists and attendants.
• Ensure health, hygiene, licensing standards compliance.
• Maintain spa ambience and treatment room standards.
• Assist with stock control, supplier liaison, and inventory.
• Manage guest bookings and treatment schedules; coordinate with reception.
• Respond professionally to member and guest feedback.
• Create staff rotas and manage labour costs to reduce overtime.
• Uphold appearance, safety, and professionalism standards.
