Qualifications

• Experience in spa or wellness management within hospitality or leisure.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Knowledge of budgets, sales and retail performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the spa and wellness offering, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction and commercial performance.
• Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including facilities, treatments and team performance.
• Deliver a safe, clean and relaxing environment aligned with Warner Hotels' brand.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong operational standards.
• Work closely with hotel leadership to support team development and guest experience.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Deliver seasonal campaigns, wellness initiatives and premium spa experiences.
• Promote wellbeing, relaxation and a high-quality guest journey.
• Experience in spa or wellness management within hospitality or leisure.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
