Job summary

Warner Hotels Group is seeking a Duty Manager for Studley Castle in Warwickshire. You will be the operational link between departments during evening shifts (2pm–10pm), leading from the front to ensure exceptional guest experiences with a shared focus on safety and standards.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory hospitality experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering the brand values.

Qualifications

• Hospitality supervisory experience is required.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active management presence across guest areas during shifts.
• Lead from the front to ensure smooth guest experience with department leads.
• Manage on-shift rota coverage during peak periods and holidays.
• Escalate and resolve guest issues promptly to uphold service standards.
• Support cross‑department collaboration and continual improvement of guest care.
