Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Spa Therapist to join the Studley Castle Spa team, delivering a full range of professional spa treatments to guests seeking 5-star relaxation.

Based at Studley Castle, you will maintain high standards, offer skincare advice, and support other spa and leisure duties as required. The role offers training opportunities and staff benefits including discounts and wellness support.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications.
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred).
• Massage/Hot Stone qualifications preferred.
• Holistic therapies such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of professional spa treatments.
• Maintain high standards to deliver a 5-star guest experience.
• Offer skincare advice and product recommendations.
• Support reception duties and other ad-hoc spa tasks as required.

You will play a vital role within our Spa and Leisure team, in delivering a 5-star luxury guest experience. Performing a full range of professional spa treatments, you will ensure they are delivered to the highest standards, leaving our guests feeling relaxed and truly pampered.

What we are looking for in a spa therapist

• Passionate about the spa industry and performing high standard spa treatments
• Guest focused to ensure a 5-star spa experience
• 1 year experience in the spa industry (preferred but not essential)
• Team player to support the success of our spa and leisure department
• Ability to offer expert advice on skincare and body products. Full training provided
• Opportunities to deliver our Temple Spa experiences and Mii makeup workshops
• Support the Spa and Leisure team with any other ad-hoc duties such as reception cover and cleaning.

Skills Required

• Level 2 or equivalent industry qualifications
• Level 3 or equivalent industry qualifications (Preferred but not essential)
• Massage/Hot Stone Qualifications* (Preferred but not essential)
• Holistic Qualifications such as Reflexology, Reiki, Hopi ear candling (Preferred but not essential)
• Previous experience with Temple Spa, Jessica, Mii. (Preferred but not essential)
