Job summary

Warner Hotels – Studley Castle in Warwickshire is recruiting a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service shifts, coach a team, and ensure memorable dining experiences for guests. You’ll work closely with managers to maintain high standards, handle guest queries, and drive service excellence while upholding health and safety compliance and effective cash handling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; Level 3 certificate desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as shift leader across the department.
• Monitor standards and efficiency; coordinate with managers.
• Provide on-shift support and guidance to teams.
• Handle guest queries, complaints and VIP requests.
• Ensure H&S compliance and incident reporting.
• Support upselling and cash handling.
• Conduct shift handovers and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet requirements.
• Lead crisis management and guest safety.
