Job summary

Warner Hotels Group invites applications for a Duty Manager at Studley Castle. You will be the face and heartbeat of the hotel during evening shifts (2pm–10pm), leading guest experience and coordinating across departments to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience at supervisory level within hospitality.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible management presence across guest areas to enhance guest experience.
• Lead and coordinate with department managers to ensure smooth hotel operations during shifts.
• Act as escalation point for leaders to uphold operational excellence across departments.
• Manage the Duty Manager rota to ensure proper coverage during peak and holiday periods.
