Job summary

Grantley Hall in North Yorkshire is seeking a Spa Attendant to support the Therapists with daily set ups, towel and robe provision, and ensuring treatment rooms are pristine for guests. You will assist with guest meet and greet and handle day spa check-ins and bookings, contributing to a seamless guest journey.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clear treatment rooms with correct equipment.
• Maintain towels, robes and laundry flow across changing rooms and areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Spa Therapists with the daily set up of treatment rooms and clear down, ensuring all the rooms are set up with the right equipment
• Maintain an adequate provision of towels, robes and slippers and ensuring they are available in the Three Graces and Elite Wellness changing rooms, pools side and the used towel drops are regularly emptied and used laundry taken to the in-house laundry
• Ensure that guest needs are met and that they are looked after from the minute they arrive to their departure
• Assist the Three Graces reception team with guest meet and greet, spa orientation, day spa check in and out, taking payment for retail and refreshments taken, alongside internal customer enquiries on treatment availability and bookings
