Job summary

Grantley Hall in the United Kingdom seeks a dedicated housekeeping team member to uphold immaculate cleanliness and presentation across public areas, bedrooms and facilities. You will manage deep cleaning, restock essentials and ensure guests have everything they need for a flawless stay.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise areas according to usage times
• Report any faults to your supervisor or directly to maintenance
• Consistently deliver and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, room preparation and presentation throughout the estate, including deep cleaning exercises
• Restock and replace items in public areas and bathrooms, making sure our guests have everything they need when visiting or in advance of their stay
• Take pride in ensuring the cleanliness, presentation and hygiene of all the public areas, reception and service areas are always achieved
• Interact with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
• Vacuum bathrooms, bedroom floors, corridors, stairs, and lifts to remove all debris; checking the vacuum cleaner each week; using the correct cleaning materials for each particular task
• Hands on approach to work, always being productive and looking to improve
• Passionate about the work you do
• Detail orientated and drives standards
• Possess a positive attitude and a desire to learn
• Friendly, courteous and helpful with excellent communication skills
• Motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues
• Use of own initiative with willingness to go above and beyond in supporting the wider Grantley Hall team
