Responsibilities

• Prioritise areas according to usage times.
• Report faults to supervisor or maintenance.
• Maintain highest cleanliness and presentation standards across public areas and rooms.
• Restock items in public areas and bathrooms for guest comfort.
• Ensure hygiene and presentation of all public areas, reception and service areas.
• Interact with guests in a warm, professional, and helpful manner to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritise areas according to usage times
• Report any faults to your supervisor or directly to maintenance
• Consistently deliver and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, room preparation and presentation throughout the estate, including deep cleaning exercises
• Restock and replace items in public areas and bathrooms, making sure our guests have everything they need when visiting or in advance of their stay
• Take pride in ensuring the cleanliness, presentation and hygiene of all the public areas, reception and service areas are always achieved
• Interact with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
• Vacuum bathrooms, bedroom floors, corridors, stairs, and lifts to remove all debris; checking the vacuum cleaner each week; using the correct cleaning materials for each particular task
