Job summary

Hoar Cross Hall is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver courteous, professional service across breakfast, lunch and dinner in our luxury spa resort.

You should have hospitality experience, a good understanding of food hygiene, and the ability to stay composed under pressure as part of a lively, team-focused operation with flexible shifts and staff benefits. Zero-hour contracts with full and part-time options, with paid training and access to spa facilities.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times, with training as required.
• Assist in delivering all aspects of food and beverage service across hotel & spa activities.
• Keep front and back of house areas clean and prepared for events per BEOs and procedures.
• Have the ability to run a section in any restaurant at any dining time (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).
• Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
