THE NICI Collection is a luxury lifestyle hotel group delivering exceptional hospitality, wellness experiences and memorable guest stays. We are seeking a Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for spa guests, ensuring a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their spa journey.

Key responsibilities include managing check-ins, bookings, and enquiries; promoting services, memberships and retail products; maintaining guest records and schedules; supporting the spa team; and

Qualifications

• Previous reception, spa, hotel, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Professional, friendly, and guest-focused.
• Confident using booking systems and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage spa check-ins and departures.
• Handle bookings, enquiries, and treatment reservations.
• Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate guest records and appointment schedules.
• Support the spa team in delivering seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure reception and guest areas are always presented to a high standard.
