Job summary

THE NICI Collection is seeking a Spa Cleaning Assistant to help keep our spa facilities pristine throughout the day. You will ensure treatment rooms, changing facilities and guest spaces are clean, tidy and welcoming, supporting a calm, luxury guest experience.

No spa experience required; a pride in your work and strong attention to detail are key. Join a professional hospitality team within a growing luxury hotel group offering meals on duty and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• High standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Professional and friendly approach.
• Independent worker who can also work in a team.
• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep treatment rooms and spa areas clean, fresh and well presented.
• Maintain changing rooms, relaxation areas and guest facilities to a high standard.
• Ensure guest areas are regularly checked and kept tidy throughout the day.
• Restock towels, robes, toiletries and other guest amenities.
• Prepare spaces ready for guests and treatment appointments.
• Follow all cleaning, hygiene and health and safety procedures.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
• Report any damage, maintenance issues or areas requiring attention.
• Work closely with the wider spa and hotel teams.
• Help ensure the overall spa environment consistently meets our standards.
