Job summary

The NICI Collection is seeking a Front Office Team Member to welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, and deliver an outstanding first impression across its luxury hotels in the UK. You will handle questions, reservations and guest needs while maintaining a polished, friendly presence at the Front Office.

You will contribute to a fast-paced team, ensuring smooth guest experiences, accurate information sharing and a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Office experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and assist with arrivals.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Answer guest questions and manage reservations and requests.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, local attractions and services.
• Maintain a clean and organised Front Office area and support team during busy times.
