Job summary

The NICI Collection is seeking a Spa Receptionist in Bournemouth to welcome guests, manage spa check-ins, bookings, and enquiries, and ensure a warm, seamless start to every guest journey.

You will promote spa services and retail, maintain accurate records, and support the team while keeping reception areas neat and inviting. Previous spa/hotel/customer service experience is preferred, with excellent communication and a guest-focused approach.
