Job summary

THE NICI Collection is seeking a reliable Spa Night Cleaner to join our Spa team. Working overnight, you will help maintain luxury spa facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, ready to welcome guests each morning.

This role suits someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest environments. Training and ongoing support are provided, with a competitive salary, service charge, and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience in hospitality is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated.
• Physically capable of performing cleaning duties during the shift.
• Flexible to overnight shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise all spa facilities including treatment rooms, changing rooms, showers, toilets, relaxation areas, poolside and public areas.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Replenish towels, toiletries and guest amenities throughout the spa.
• Carry out scheduled deep cleaning tasks and follow cleaning checklists.
• Safely use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns promptly.
• Dispose of waste and recycling in line with company procedures.
• Ensure the spa is fully prepared for opening each morning.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene and COSHH procedures at all times.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Spa Night Cleaner to join our Spa team. Working overnight, you will play a vital role in ensuring our luxury spa facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, ready to welcome guests each morning.
