Overview

We are looking for a staff nurse to join our team in Ward 102 of the frailty service. The role is based in Ward 102 ARI, but you may be asked to cover other areas within the frailty service on occasion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day/night nursing care for older adults requiring assessment with the aim to return them to their own home setting efficiently.
• Work within a team to deliver safe, compassionate care and support for patients.
• Participate in day/night rotations as required, flexible to discuss individual requirements.

• Hardworking, organised team player with good clinical skills, capable of delegating effectively and a true passion for frailty.
