Synergise Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across the Southwest. You will map territories, research target businesses and win contracts, with on-the-road responsibilities alongside site visits.

The role offers a base salary of £36,000–£38,000 with uncapped commission and realistic OTE of £60–75k, plus a branded work vehicle and autonomy to shape your patch. Some evenings/weekend work may be required to meet clients.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in temp / perm recruitment or equivalent new business experience.
• Proven track record of winning new business through proactive prospecting.
• Ability to generate leads without relying on inbound channels.

Responsibilities

• Open new supply channels and win contracts for year-round relationships.
• Map territory, research target businesses, and engage decision-makers.
• Conduct site visits and set up new client relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and drive activity.
