Job summary

Focus Resourcing is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Southwest to cover the Southwest region from a home-based setup in the UK. You will manage existing customers and grow sales while developing new business across Bristol, South Dorset, Devon & Cornwall.

The role demands strong technical sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel with a clean driving licence.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience.
• Technical sales experience, ideally within Distribution/Wholesale/Reseller markets.
• Regional sales management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good MS Office/CRM skills.
• Clean driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customers and grow sales.
• Develop new business and win new accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Provide technical product advice and quotations.
• Negotiate prices and secure orders.
• Maintain CRM and sales reports.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Deliver product presentations/training.
• Attend customer visits, exhibitions and trade shows.
