Qualifications

• Experience in a Business Development, Sales Executive, Telesales, Account Management or Recruitment role.
• Ability to manage the full 360 sales process and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, target-driven approach.
• Desire to develop career within a growing business and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Contact prospective, existing and lapsed customers to identify opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain a high-volume outbound activity and strong sales pipeline.
