Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to cover a patch in the East Midlands. You will be out on the road, prospecting new business and building a direct pipeline from scratch, then guiding opportunities through to close with support from a CRM system.

The role offers a £28,000 basic salary plus an industry-leading uncapped commission and a company car. Working Monday to Friday, 9-5, field-based with occasional office meetings and a full UK driving licence is

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field sales experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Comfort with rejection and persistence.
• Able to work to targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Hunt down new business via cold calls and door knocks.
• Smash monthly targets by managing your own pipeline.
• Act as the go-between for customers and internal teams.
• Keep CRM up to date with accurate data.
• Support the wider sales team as needed.
