Job summary

Aggreko in the Southwest is seeking a Sales Representative to win new business across manufacturing, food & beverage, storage and distribution, and HVAC contractors. You will develop key accounts, grow market share for temperature control solutions, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes. Power without pause.

Qualifications

• Strong sales experience within rental/hire sectors.
• Experience working with HVAC/Temperature Control equipment is a plus.
• Proactive lead generation and opportunity development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers within industries that rely on advanced temperature control systems.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives for HVAC equipment, temperature control solutions, and aftermarket services.
• Identify gaps in market coverage and create strategies to fill those using a direct sales approach.
• Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support the Temperature Control business fully.
• Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and assist in building national relationships.
• Focus on penetrating deeper into existing accounts, converting competitor accounts, and growing market share while maintaining existing service business.
• Use CRM tools to manage customer activities, quotes, leads, and other key data effectively.
• Follow Aggreko’s sales process and comply with all CRM and CPQ processes.
