Job summary

AIM Ltd in the Southeast of England is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth through our distribution network and installer base. You will own customer relationships and funnel project opportunities from inquiry to order.

You will work closely with the specification team to translate complex building envelope specs into practical solutions, collaborating with technical support and internal sales to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales-driven roles with supplier/distributor relationships.
• Ability to understand complex specifications and technical details of building envelopes.
• Strong relationships with installers and distributors.
• Knowledge of rainscreen and façade systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, installers and colleagues.
• Engage distribution customers to generate enquiries and sales.
• Identify and build relationships with key installers.
• Work with the AIM specification team to ensure project specs are understood by installers.
• Collaborate with technical support and internal sales to deliver excellent service.
