Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Business Development Manager for Flat Roof Insulation to cover the North region (M62 corridor). The role focuses on field sales of a manufactured range of flat roofing insulation to manufacturers, main contractors and distributors.

You will inherit a £1.5m territory, earning £50k–£60k plus uncapped commission (potentially £21k+ with targets met). A company car and full benefits package are included.

Qualifications

Field sales experience in building envelope, waterproofing, flat roofing or facades.
Experience selling to flat roofing manufacturers is a plus.
IT literacy required.

Responsibilities

Field sales position selling a manufactured range of flat roofing insulation.
70% of your time will be spent selling to flat roofing / membrane manufacturers.
Remaining 30% will be spent selling to roofing main & sub-contractors and distributors.
Inheriting a territory currently turning over £1.5m.
Typical projects include residential buildings, hotels, healthcare, education.
