Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Business Development Manager for Flat Roof Insulation to drive new business in the North corridor. You will focus on selling a manufactured range of flat roofing insulation to manufacturers and distributors, with a strong field sales emphasis.

The role inherits an existing £1.5m territory, targets include residential, hotels, healthcare and education projects. A company car and comprehensive benefits pack are provided, with uncapped commission potential when targets

Qualifications

• Must have field sales experience in the building envelope, waterproofing, flat roofing, insulation or facades sectors.
• Ideally sold to flat roofing manufacturers however not essential.
• IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Field sales position selling a manufactured range of flat roofing insulation.
• 70% of your time will be spent selling to flat roofing / membrane manufacturers.
• Remaining 30% to main & sub-contractors and roofing distributors such as Encon, Minster and SIG.
• Inheriting a territory currently turning over £1.5m.
• Typical projects include residential buildings, hotels, healthcare, education, etc.

Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000neg + uncapped commission (if both company & personal targets are met can be £21,000+)
