Job summary

AIM produces a wide variety of bespoke insulation products and seeks a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Southeast of England. You will own relationships with customers, installers and distribution partners, shaping opportunities from specification to order.

In this field-based role you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service, develop new OEM opportunities and expand AIM's market presence.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, installers and colleagues.
• Industry knowledge in fire, thermal and acoustic insulation is desirable.
• Proven track record in sales-driven roles relying on specifier to installer to distributor relationships.
• Able to cultivate relationships with channel partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer and installer relationships in the Southeast England territory.
• Drive demand creation and sales of AIM branded products.
• Collaborate with distributors and sub-contractors to funnel project requirements.
• Identify and develop opportunities for AIM fabrication capabilities with OEMs.
