• Previous management experience in retail or food/convenience sector; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set objectives and performance standards with a store plan to deliver safe, legal, high-performing business.
• Translate customer service expectations into actions to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Own and deliver a succession plan for sustainable growth through people.
• Identify opportunities and drive performance across KPIs to optimise EBITDA.
• Promote the client by engaging with local organisations and the community.
