Job summary

A leading retail company in Hull and East Yorkshire seeks a Cluster Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and lead a team to achieve sales targets. The role involves training and motivating staff, maintaining high store standards, and ensuring customers have a welcoming experience. A bit about the role…

• Deliver great customer service in line with our ‘Mr Wicked Cares’ structure
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy
• Complete customer refunds and credits
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all of our products
• Assist with stock counts and highlight any discrepancies to the Cluster Manager

• Lead from the front, building relationships with our customers
• Inspire and motivate through coaching and mentoring
• Develop your team to enable them to meet store objectives and progress their own careers
• Drive sales targets and meet deadlines

• Be flexible to work 5 days out of 7
